in place to ensure products arrive at our coffeehouses

Training

We provide intensive new store opening support. Comprehensive
staff training materials and job aids help our franchisees
to develop their professional team, build sales, control
costs and maintain high standards.
Information
Technology
The Pacific Coffee portal serves to assist franchisees.
Through it they will have access to online manuals,
local store marketing tools, and promotional information.
Each franchised location will be given a communication
link in the website to keep up on news and events
for their specific location.
Project
Management
We provide design and construction support for new
construction or renovation projects to our franchisees.
At the beginning of a new project, a senior design
/ management staff will work with the franchisee to
review program requirements and guide them through
the necessary steps from project conception to completion
of a successful project.
As part of
the franchise package, our Projects team will assist
with budget development, supply and equipment procurement
support, design and construction, art selection/installation
and project closeout support.
