Blends

Blends are a mixture of two or more coffees that enhance and complement each other. These combinations are perfectly balanced to bring out the unique flavors in each coffee. Coffees are blended before or after roasting, depending on the flavor our roaster is trying to achieve.

Seattle City Blend | Mocha Java | Breakfast Blend | Espresso Blend

		Seattle City Blend  This blend is popular for both espresso and brewed coffee. It is a blend of classic Italian Roast and coffees roasted in a Northern European style. It is full-bodied, rich and smooth without bitterness.
		Mocha Java  This traditional combination features coffees from Africa and Indonesia. Pacific Coffee has chosen a Northern European roast (a lighter roast) for this classic blend to produce a wine-like, spicy coffee with sweet chocolate undertones.
		Breakfast Blend  Pacific Coffee's Breakfast Blend provides a warm start to the day. A dark roasted Central American coffee is blended with a lighter roasted Indonesian for a perfectly balanced coffee.
		Espresso Blend  Our Espresso Blend is a specially formulated blend of Central American, South American and Indonesian coffees that highlight the rich flavors and fine aroma characteristics of each region. Each shot is topped with crema, the telltale characteristic of a world-class espresso and the root of every Pacific Coffee espresso beverage. This rich medium-roasted full-flavored coffee is a must for every espresso lover.
