1. Barista

Our Barista's are the heartbeat of every Pacific Coffee Coffeehouse. They are responsible for producing the perfect cappuccino, latte, espresso, and mastering the service counter. We provide on-going bottom-to-top training. Coffee experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Supervisors are responsible for cash handling, drinks production, inventory management, customer service and managing a coffeehouse in the absence of a Assistant Coffeehouse Manager or above. Qualified candidates should have previous experience in cash handling, customer interaction and passion for the coffee industry.

3. Assistant Coffeehouse Manager

Assistant Coffeehouse Managers learn all aspects of operating a Pacific Coffee Coffeehouse and have the hands on approach in controlling Coffeehouse operating standards and policies. They are responsible for cash handling, paperwork, customer service and managing a Coffeehouse in the absence of a Coffeehouse Manager. Qualified candidates should have previous managerial experience in Retail or Food & Beverage environment.

4. Coffeehouse Manager

Coffeehouse Managers are responsible for managing a Pacific Coffee Coffeehouse and assuring it's smooth operation with a hands on approach. It involves drinks production, cash handling, inventory management, customer service, and good communication within the Coffeehouse, with other Coffeehouses and with the regional office. Qualified candidates should have leadership skills and managerial experience in Retail or Food & Beverage environment.

Engineering Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Provide support in the achievement of targeted development objectives in assigned coffeehouses.
• Monitor and communicate the development status to the relevant parties and liaise with outside vendors.
• Assist in the management of international and regional suppliers of equipment and building components.
• Provide additional assistance, where required, for corporate initiated projects.
• Manage administrative responsibilities and departmental budgets in a cost-effective manner.
• Provide engineering support and lead construction management for new units.
• Provide support as needed to resolve maintenance issues.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure training of franchisee maintenance personnel.
• Provide miscellaneous engineering support as required.

Assistant Accountant

• Responsible for the accounting issue
• Handle account payable and assist in preparing month-end closing.
• Assist in preparing management reports and other financial analysis as required
• Assist in ad-hoc financial related projects
  

• Diploma holder in Accounting with 2 years relevant working experience
• Strong communication skill in English and Chinese
• Responsible, initiative, detailed-minded and well organized
• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure are desired qualities
• Proficient in MS office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is preferred.
