Terms and conditions

1. Queen Mary Hospital staff discount promo code is applicable to app pre-order at Queen Mary Hospital (Main Block) coffeehouse only. Only Queen Mary Hospital staff can enjoy the staff discount on app pre-order with the promo code. Queen Mary Hospital staff must input the promo code before check-out and present a valid Queen Mary Hospital staff card to enjoy the discount. 
2. If customers have input the staff discount promo code on the app before check-out but cannot present a valid Queen Mary Hospital staff card upon pick-up, customers cannot pick up the order unless they settle the payment of the order in full price in the coffeehouse.
3. Purchased items, order pick-up time and location, cannot be changed once the mobile order is placed.
4. Food and/ or beverage customizations should be made at the Applications and cannot be changed during order pick-up.
5. Orders made on app cannot be cancelled or refunded in any cases.
6. Purchased items must be picked up at your desired store and specific time on same transaction day by presenting the transaction number.
7. Bring-your-own-mug discount is not applicable to app pre-order. All beverages will be served in disposable takeaway cups.
8. Discounts, promotions or any other privileges are not applicable to mobile orders.
9. Pacific Coffee reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
