- Manage daily restaurant operation
- Monitor the quality of customer service to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Receive and handle customers’ complaint
- Drive sales by marketing and promotional activities
- Control the budget and cost
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in F&B industry
- Restaurant management experience, Italian cuisine experience will be an advantage
- Able to work under high pressure environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Immediate available is preferred
