Office Administrative Manager - Kitchen
Responsibilities
- Manage Central Kitchen operation from end to end
- Monitor daily operations of the food factory, ensure production volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved
- Ensure the product delivers to our store in accordance with agreed operations procedures and defined standards
- Responsible for managing staff performance and manpower planning
- Cooperate with operation department on production capacity and schedule planning
- Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis
- Responsible of preparing related reports and analyze for management review
- Resolve any ad hoc and critical issues
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in related disciplines is a plus
- Minimum 5 years management experience, candidate with food factory experience is highly preferred
- Well-versed in food or manufacturing laws and ordinance in HK
- A good team player with strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
