Supervisors are responsible for cash handling, drinks production, inventory management, customer service and managing a coffeehouse in the absence of a Assistant Coffeehouse Manager or above. Qualified candidates should have previous experience in cash handling, customer interaction and passion for the coffee industry.

Barista
Our Barista are the heartbeat of every Pacific Coffee. They are responsible for producing the perfect cappuccino, latte, espresso, and mastering the service counter. We provide on-going bottom-to-top training. Coffee experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Officer - Consumer Channel (E-Commerce/Digital Marketing)

 

Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager to develop and manage eshop & digital task.
Manage for daily operations of eshop & all online activities 
Responsible for content management , product launches, products information updates
and promotional launches of eshop in a timely manner
Provide support for E-commerce including consumer insight gathering, data analysis,
  social media platform management, etc.
Work with Marketing team for preparation of product photos and artwork for online
  platforms
Manage social media platforms and copy writing
Liaise, co-ordinate and organize marketing and sales activities with both external and
  internal parties to ensure daily operation run smooth
Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments
   
Requirements:
Degree holder preferably in E-Commerce Management / Digital Marketing or other related
  disciplines
1-2 years solid experience on e-commerce, digital marketing or social media projects
  (Fresh graduate/fresh experience will also be considered)
Strong self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, hardworking, and a team player
  with good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible & able to handle multiple tasks with analytical & logical thinking
Experience in digital marketing, e-marketplace operations and royalty program operations
  will be preferred.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English & Putonghua;
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Graphic design skills including Illustrator and Photoshop would be a plus /td>
 
 
 
Project / Interior Designer

 

Job Duties

Involve in store design development, to ensure stores constructions meet with the
  company standards
Assist in planning of new opening, closing and renovation of stores
Prepare presentation details and project related documents
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project status
Liaise with related departments to resolve related project issue
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
2-8 years experience in handling interior design details and construction drawings
Retail design experience would be an advantage
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and MS Office
Team player, good interpersonal skills and detail oriented
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
   
 
 
Training Assistant

 

Job Duties

Handle administration duties of training
Assist in preparation of training materials
Assist in managing E-learning platform
Assist in coordination of the pre and post-training logistics
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Strong in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, especially formulating
  (e.g., look-up and pivot table)
Willing and able to work as a team with different people
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Degree holder in related disciplines is preferred
Positive and proactive
