Supervisors are responsible for cash handling, drinks production, inventory management, customer service and managing a coffeehouse in the absence of a Assistant Coffeehouse Manager or above. Qualified candidates should have previous experience in cash handling, customer interaction and passion for the coffee industry.

Our Barista are the heartbeat of every Pacific Coffee. They are responsible for producing the perfect cappuccino, latte, espresso, and mastering the service counter. We provide on-going bottom-to-top training. Coffee experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Assistant Officer / Officer - Business Development
To assist Director for annual budget and sales forecasts
To provide daily administrative & logistic support to Sales Department
To prepare quotations, sales report, GP calculations, and all other documents to
  facilitate business decision making & monitor target achievement
Ensure all sales, products and price data are well recorded and maintain updated in the
  ERP & CRM system
To coordinate with internal & external parties, like Marketing, Finance, Logistic,
  Procurement, suppliers, to facilitate the Sales team operation
To implement Standard Operation Procedure and ensure the Company internal
  instructions/requirements and procedures are followed
To review and streamline working procedures to improve operation efficiency
To prepare the internal & external documents for new product launch, promotion &
To perform ad-hoc assignments
Diploma or above in related disciplines, familiar in Supply Chain Management would be
  an advantage
At least 3 relevant Solid experiences
Good analytical thinking and sensitive to Numeric
Proficiency in MS Words, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table), PowerPoint, Chinese Word
Knowledge in ERP or CRM system would be an advantage

Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive


Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve sales targets 
Day-to-day management of existing accounts
Responsible for developing new customers
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by his/her supervisor
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  Min 2-4 years working experiences in Sales management , with Food & Beverage /
Coffee equipment  selling experience is a plus
Good business sense, analytical skills, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Self-motivated, responsible, flexible, dedicated
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin 
With more experienced candidate would be considered as Senior Sales Executive.


Assistant System Engineer


Provide 1st level support (onsite and remote) for our coffeehouses and headquarter

Handle standby calls after office hour

Troubleshoot relevant system hardware and software
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
Interested in IT field
Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
Fresh graduates will be considered

Service Technician


Job Duties

Services and installs specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls,
  Preventative Maintenance, periodic cleanings, surveys and installations.
Assist to maintain inventory of spare part levels and reorders within replenishment
Responsible for all documentation and activity verification required by the company
  including call closure procedures, completeness of invoice and customer signature of all
  required documents
Participates in the forecasting and planning of equipment to meet demands based on
  sales input and plans.
Provide route relief as needed.
Other duties as assigned
Summary of key responsibilities
Diagnose & repair Coffee Machines at customer premises & in retail shops
Conduct preventative maintenance & calibration services
Refurbish older machines
Conduct pre site visits, deliver & install coffee & drinks machines
Respond to breakdown call outs
Required to deliver products to customers
Provide training to retail staff on coffee equipment
To help wholesale and retail dept on any special project

Summary of experience

Candidates will have previously worked in the same industry on a range of coffee
  machines, fully automatic and traditional and hold suitable electrical qualifications.
The holder of grade A Registration of Electrical Worker would be first choice.
Assistant Business Development Manager


Job Duties

Driving store expansion and store renewal
Negotiate favorable terms with developers and individual landlords
Review and amend Tenancy/Lease Agreements
Prepare tender documents for timely submmision
Establish relationships with landlords
Conduct internal and external presentations for individual cases
Conduct and collect market intelligence
Assist in departmental management and administration duties
Summary of key responsibilities
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in commercial retail leasing with good network with  
developers, landlords & property agencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and able to take
on challenges and perform under pressure
Good presentation skills and be able to response quickly
Experience in processing tenancy agreements and workflow of lease documents
Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Chinese

Job Duties

Handle leasing related matters of Pacific Coffee Company retail outlets, including site
  visits, tenancy administration, liaising with landlords and real estate agents
Assist in preparation and submission of offers and tender documents
To conduct market research and prepare presentation material for management
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Summary of key responsibilities
Degree equivalent preferably in Property / Estate Management or related discipline
2 to 4 years’ relevant working experience, preference will be given to those in retail /
  commercial leasing.
Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel 
Detail-minded and able work under pressure
Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated and hardworking.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Reconciliation of daily revenue data and settlement of Hong Kong retail stores
Daily banking reconciliation of Hong Kong region
Maintain fixed assets register for Hong Kong region
Assist in preparing month end closing

2 -  3 years working experience in retail business experience is preferred
