Supervisors are responsible for cash handling, drinks production, inventory management, customer service and managing a coffeehouse in the absence of a Assistant Coffeehouse Manager or above. Qualified candidates should have previous experience in cash handling, customer interaction and passion for the coffee industry.

Our Barista are the heartbeat of every Pacific Coffee. They are responsible for producing the perfect cappuccino, latte, espresso, and mastering the service counter. We provide on-going bottom-to-top training. Coffee experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Assistant System Engineer

 

Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level support (onsite and remote) for our coffeehouses and headquarter
Handle standby calls after office hour
Troubleshoot relevant system hardware and software
   
Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
Interested in IT field
Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
Fresh graduates will be considered

Immediate available is preferred

 
 
 
Service Technician

 

Job Duties

Services and installs specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls,
  Preventative Maintenance, periodic cleanings, surveys and installations.
Assist to maintain inventory of spare part levels and reorders within replenishment
  guidelines.
Responsible for all documentation and activity verification required by the company
  including call closure procedures, completeness of invoice and customer signature of all
  required documents
Participates in the forecasting and planning of equipment to meet demands based on
  sales input and plans.
Provide route relief as needed.
Other duties as assigned
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Diagnose & repair Coffee Machines at customer premises & in retail shops
Conduct preventative maintenance & calibration services
Refurbish older machines
Conduct pre site visits, deliver & install coffee & drinks machines
Respond to breakdown call outs
Required to deliver products to customers
Provide training to retail staff on coffee equipment
To help wholesale and retail dept on any special project
   

Summary of experience

Candidates will have previously worked in the same industry on a range of coffee
  machines, fully automatic and traditional and hold suitable electrical qualifications.
The holder of grade A Registration of Electrical Worker would be first choice.
 
 
 
Administrative Officer

 

Job Duties

Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties, including but not limited to office
  management, fixed assets management
Job allocation to Retail Administrator
Responsible for providing an administration service between the stores and
  head office functions
Follow-up with the stores to assist in preparation of reports required
  by management from time to time
Communicate with associated departments to ensure that all stores are stocked
  according to correct guidelines
Implement office administration policy and procedures
Control of office supplies, equipments & small ware
Assist in organizing company activities and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Require outdoor job if necessary
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Diploma or above  
3 years administrative experience or related background
Pleasant personality with integrity, reliability and orderly traits and qualities
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, self-motivated
Well-organized, able to work under pressure and work independently 
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Analytical, numerical and detail-minded
Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer  
   
 
 
Assistant Business Development Manager

 

Job Duties

Driving store expansion and store renewal
Negotiate favorable terms with developers and individual landlords
Review and amend Tenancy/Lease Agreements
Prepare tender documents for timely submmision
Establish relationships with landlords
Conduct internal and external presentations for individual cases
Conduct and collect market intelligence
Assist in departmental management and administration duties
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Minimum 6 years’ work experience in commercial retail leasing with good network
  with  developers, landlords & property agencies
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and able to take
  on challenges and perform under pressure
Good presentation skills and be able to response quickly
Experience in processing tenancy agreements and workflow of lease documents
Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Chinese
   
 
 
Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer

Reconciliation of daily revenue data and settlement of Hong Kong retail stores
Daily banking reconciliation of Hong Kong region
Maintain fixed assets register for Hong Kong region
Assist in preparing month end closing
Ad hoc tasks
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Diploma / Degree in Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
2 -  3 years working experience in retail business experience is preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
Mature, self-confident, energetic and responsive
Ability to work under pressure & meeting deadline
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
