Supervisors are responsible for cash handling, drinks production, inventory management, customer service and managing a coffeehouse in the absence of a Assistant Coffeehouse Manager or above. Our Barista are the heartbeat of every Pacific Coffee. They are responsible for producing the perfect cappuccino, latte, espresso, and mastering the service counter. We provide on-going bottom-to-top training. Coffee experience is an advantage but not necessary.

Retail Administrator
 
Responsibilities:
Perform any combination of clerical duties of a general nature to support the Department
Responsible for providing an administration service between the stores and head office
  functions
Follow-up with the stores to assist in preparation of reports required by management from
  time to time
Communicate with associated departments to ensure that all stores are stocked according
  to correct guidelines
Assist in arranging product sourcing and selection of new products
Draft letters and memos
Prepare sales analysis reports and PowerPoint presentations
Assist in handling customer complaints as may arise from time to time
Handle other ad-hoc assignments
 
Requirements:
Diploma or above
1-2 years relevant experience or above, preferably in food & beverage / catering
Good communication skills in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin and
  interpersonal skills
Self motivated and proactive. Able to work independently
Analytical, numerical and detail-minded
Good computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

 

 
Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities:
Plan & implement effective sales strategies and sales plan to achieve sales targets
Manage existing customers in professional manner
Responsible for developing new customers
To evaluate & analyze the market intelligences, client situation
Responsible for managing tender bidding
   
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
Min 5 years working experiences in Sales management , with Food & Beverage / Coffee
  equipment  selling experience is a plus
Resulted-oriented
Able to work under pressure & willing to take challenges
Strong business sense, analytical skills, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Self-motivated, responsible, flexible, dedicated
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin

Assistant Officer / Officer - Business Development

 

Responsibilities:
Develop creative ideas and concepts of all ATL and BTL materials so to interpret corporate
  needs and build vivid brand identity
Assist the visual merchandising in coffee house and outdoor visual communication so to
  project consistent brand image
Provide full creative, design and production support to the company
Assist to supervise all design production stages
Update corporate website and various digital internet media
Generate new visual promotion tactics and channels within corporate branding guideline
  proactively
   
Requirements:
Degree equivalent preferably in Property / Estate Management or related discipline
2 to 4 years’ relevant working experience, preference will be given to those in retail /
  commercial leasing.
Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel 
Detail-minded and able work under pressure
Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated and hardworking.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese
 
 
 
Finance Manager

 

Responsibilities:

Report to the Finance Director and responsible for:

Managing month-end closing, consolidation and group reportings to holding companies
Lead a team and provide prompt support to operating departments and external
  parties, for example vendors
Financial reviews and cash flow management
Handling annual audit and tax filing
Participating at ad-hoc projects as assigned
   
   
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline, with a professional
  accounting qualification
At least 7 years’ solid experience in financial/accounting management position;
  retail or consumer products experience is preferable
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese
Hands-on and pay attention to details
Be able to work under pressure
 
 
 
Service Technician

 

Job Duties

Services and installs specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment.
Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls,
  Preventative Maintenance, periodic cleanings, surveys and installations.
Assist to maintain inventory of spare part levels and reorders within replenishment
  guidelines.
Responsible for all documentation and activity verification required by the company
  including call closure procedures, completeness of invoice and customer signature of all
  required documents
Participates in the forecasting and planning of equipment to meet demands based on
  sales input and plans.
Provide route relief as needed.
Other duties as assigned
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Diagnose & repair Coffee Machines at customer premises & in retail shops
Conduct preventative maintenance & calibration services
Refurbish older machines
Conduct pre site visits, deliver & install coffee & drinks machines
Respond to breakdown call outs
Required to deliver products to customers
Provide training to retail staff on coffee equipment
To help wholesale and retail dept on any special project
   

Summary of experience

Candidates will have previously worked in the same industry on a range of coffee
  machines, fully automatic and traditional and hold suitable electrical qualifications.
The holder of grade A Registration of Electrical Worker would be first choice.
 
 
 
Assistant Business Development Manager

 

Job Duties

Driving store expansion and store renewal
Negotiate favorable terms with developers and individual landlords
Review and amend Tenancy/Lease Agreements
Prepare tender documents for timely submmision
Establish relationships with landlords
Conduct internal and external presentations for individual cases
Conduct and collect market intelligence
Assist in departmental management and administration duties
   
Summary of key responsibilities
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in commercial retail leasing with good network with  
developers, landlords & property agencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and able to take
on challenges and perform under pressure
Good presentation skills and be able to response quickly
Experience in processing tenancy agreements and workflow of lease documents
Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluency in English and Chinese
