Assistant System Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our coffeehouses and office, especially POS software and hardware in shops
  • Provide daily IT related troubleshooting including system hardware and software installation, maintenance and related issues
  • Handle urgent business requests and network deployment duties during normal and non-office hours
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • F.5 or above with 1-2 years solid working experience in user support and system maintenance
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player and with positive attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Willing to work with a flexible work schedule to meet operational needs
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Immediate available is preferred
