Administrative Officer – Coffee Solution
- To assist Director for annual budget and sales forecasts
- To provide daily administrative & logistic support to the Department
- To prepare quotations, sales report and all other documents to facilitate business decision making
- Ensure all sales, products and price data are well recorded and maintain updated in the ERP & CRM system
- To coordinate with internal & external parties, like Marketing, Finance, Logistic, Procurement, suppliers, to facilitate the daily operation
- To implement Standard Operation Procedure and ensure the Company internal instructions/requirements and procedures are followed
- To review and streamline working procedures to improve operation efficiency accordingly to business and customer needs
- To prepare the internal & external documents for new product launch, promotion & pricing.
- To perform ad-hoc assignments
- Diploma or above in related disciplines, familiar in Supply Chain Management would be an advantage
- At least 3 relevant Solid experiences
- Good analytical thinking and sensitive to Numeric
- Proficiency in MS Words, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table), PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in ERP or CRM system would be an advantage
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, initiative and hardworking
- A good team player and be able to work independently
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer
