Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities

Responsible for full spectrum of HR support, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations

Prepare & update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
-
Organize the new staff orientation program, staff events and activities
-
Prepare and compile monthly reports, HR statistical and management reports
-
Assist in preparation of ground work, data migration, UAT, parallel run and implementation of new HRIS system
-
Participate in the development of new procedures and ad-hoc tasks related to HR operations
-
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
-
Degree Holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Accounting & Finance

Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations

Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to handle priorities

Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Being strong in Excel skills is preferred.

Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer

Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred
