Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR support, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations

  • Prepare & update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

  • Organize the new staff orientation program, staff events and activities

  • Prepare and compile monthly reports, HR statistical and management reports

  • Assist in preparation of ground work, data migration, UAT, parallel run and implementation of new HRIS system

  • Participate in the development of new procedures and ad-hoc tasks related to HR operations

  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Accounting & Finance

  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF, Taxation and other HR related legislations

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to handle priorities

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing. Being strong in Excel skills is preferred.

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer

  • Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred
