Central Kitchen - Junior Sous Chef
- Assist senior chef manage hot and cold kitchen team, ensure all output able to fulfil all standards.
- Coordinate and participate in part of food handling process
- Fulfil company request all hygiene and safety standard
- Experience in producing high volume
- Minimum 4-5 years of hot/cold kitchen experience in a similar role
- Positive and approachable manner with team player qualities
- Good in Problem-solving, self-motivated, well organized
- Basic computer literate; Good command of Cantonese and basic English
