- Experience in producing high volume
- Leading a Team of Baker
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar role in a commercial bakery
- Required to work overnight
- Strong sense of responsibility to maintain company’s standards of food quality and standards
- Willing to learn, good team player, positive attitude
