Chef de Partie
- Assist senior chefs manage bakery and pastry sections of central kitchen
- Ensure food quality are according to company standards
- Experience in producing high volume
- Fulfil company request all hygiene and safety standard
- Minimum 3-4 years of bakery / pastry kitchen experience in a similar role in a commercial bakery
- Strong sense of responsibility to maintain company’s standards of food quality and standards
- Willing to learn, good team player, positive attitude
