- Input, Update & Maintain staff records in the HR system.
- Maintain daily personal files filling
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
- Background in Business, Human Resources and related discipline
- Good at number and careful in details
- Fast and Preciseness
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Experienced in Clerical work is preferred
