Training Officer/ Senior Training Officer
- Design (STO) & Deliver training according to the training needs of the company
- Design & Managing training plan according to the training needs of the company
- Prepare reports for management review on training effectiveness
- Review of training manuals
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned
- At least 3-5 years of training experience , especially customer service and soft skills (e.g. Leadership, team building etc.) and on-the-job training practice.
- Having relevant experience in E-learning system development is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office application, especially in PowerPoint and Excel (e.g. vlookup and pivot table).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Excellent communication skill and able to work with different kinds of people
- Strong in analytical, facilitation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, creative, open-minded, dynamic and positive
- Able to work independently with high efficiency and accuracy
- University graduate in Human Resources, Training or related disciplines
- Immediate availability will be a plus
