A HK$200 first time preload value is needed to activate the Perfect Cup Card. You can accumulate points with any purchase of our drinks, food and merchandise items (except consignment goods). You will get 1 point for every HK$1 spent, and 20 points are equivalent to HK$1 in redemption value.

You will need to register online before you can redeem your points.

After updating membership system in Nov 2024, existing members will be automatically assigned to the corresponding level based on their cumulative spending in the past 365 days. **this is just an assignment of grading and no upgrade reward will be granted.

Points are valid for a period of 12 months to 15 months. E.g. Points earned within the first quarter of this year will be expired at the end of the first quarter of the next year. 

Points settlement will be done quarterly:

• 31 March, 2011 for points earned from 1 Jan to 31 March, 2010;

• 30 June, 2011 for points earned from 1 April to 30 June, 2010;

• 30 September, 2011 for points earned from 1 July to 30 September, 2010;

• 31 December, 2011 for points earned from 1 October to 31 December, 2010.

Once activated, the card will be expired after 15 consecutive months of non-use. Unused amount or point balance shall be forfeited automatically upon the expiry date.

Yes. Simply present the Perfect Cup Card to the cashier when you pay by cash or credit card.

If you are a registered member, please call our Customer Service hotline 8108 6500 to report the lost card. Then you may purchase a new card from our coffeehouses or via APP and email to theperfectcard@pacificcoffee.com for cash balances and points transfer.

If you are not a registered member, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you because we will not have your record to transfer the cash balance and points.

Cumulative spending is the sum of total spending at PCC with membership account in the past 365 days. The spending amount out of the past 365 days would be deducted automatically, so the cumulative spending keeps up and down. As the calculation of cumulative spending is real-time, once it reaches 500ml/ 2000ml, you will be updated immediately.

We will have members-only promotions from time to time. Also on your birthday, you will get double points for any purchases at PCC by using the card. During your birthday month, you can redeem a piece of cake or a tall size handcrafted beverage once. For each purchase, you can enjoy 60-minute Wi-Fi service two times a day for free and auto login for 30 days.
