Pacific Coffee is dedicated to provide our customers with quality coffee and services. Membership System & Mobile APP are revamped. All members can download our latest mobile app from App store or Google play store. Member will be able to use their membership card and mobile App to purchases, top-up, and use/earn points at all stores. If you cannot sign in with mobile number, you may use user ID to sign in.

A unique and verified mobile number is required for each account to enhance user security and member services.

If you had multiple active accounts sharing the same mobile number before, it is not feasible to reset your password with email or mobile number alone, but you can try using User ID and email / mobile no. to retrieve password, you may also contact our customer service team for enquiry and assistance.

New membership application is only available in-app at the moment and pre-order function will be ready shortly. Second phase of the mobile app will offer you brand new pre-order experience, more user friendly functions and exclusive in-app member’s benefits.
